So I’m starting to practise with Adobe Premiere Pro… More like experimenting, really! Last night I created my first video (I have made another video before, but I haven’t really shared it with the blogosphere yet), which is just a collection of 5 second clips, with no effects and no added sound. The number of clips is random and as to the nature of each clip… Well, let’s say it’s based on whenever I remember to record something! I hope you guys will enjoy it, and am looking forward to your feedback. For now, it’s set on private, but when prompted, simply type in shutterandink (surprising creativity, I know) and you should be able to watch it. 5 Seconds

Back from “holidays” and a video

Hey there! I hope you are all great and that the Christmas period was awesome and all that. I know I’ve been absent for quite a long time, but I decided to take some time off to do nothing but thinking – and trust me, I did do a lot of thinking. As you can imagine, new year, new life, new resolutions and whatnot, were all thought about… I’ve started this year with a renewed sort of energy and I’m quite intrigued to find out where it’s going to take me. I can’t say much more right now because of spoilers, but you will see the progress here… Hopefully, anyway.

Hey there! Today I’ve been doing some video editing, with music, for the first time ever! I’m quite happy with the result, even though I haven’t put it much effort (ha! Just about 2 hours for a 2 minute video!). I took some of the videos I made when I visited my family last Christmas. The videos are filmed while we went hiking to La Bola del Mundo or  Alto de las Guarramillas. It was a nice day, so I took my camera along. I was a bit disappointed as the image is quite orange, but it’s true it gives it a vintage look, I guess… Anyway, I also took some music I downloaded from the Creative Commons and I think it looks pretty good for being my first video ever!! As soon as I figure out exactly how to give credit to the music authors and make sure I won’t get into trouble, I will publish it for all of you to see! Still making the calendar in the meantime… So tired…   marz
